Please note that The Loc Family ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by The Loc Family and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to The Loc Family we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).



The Loc Family is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Please Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued.

We are not responsible for any orders lost in transit nor are we responsible for any damages that may be caused while in transit via USPS. If your package was lost or stolen, you would need to contact your nearest USPS post office and provide them with the tracking # that was sent to you once we shipped your order. Please note this becomes a matter between the customer and USPS. We can not replace your package because it was lost. It is rare but be aware this can happen.

If you would like to request a SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT. Please include it in the notes of your order.

If an unclaimed packaged has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. The Loc Family is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic events. 

Severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or failures by the delivery partners can cause unexpected delays. Please keep up to date with your local carriers.
